The SUCH hydraulic pressure switch is a plunger-type mechanical switch that changes electrical contact state when pressure reaches the switching point. It offers two pressure range options, 100–300 bar and 200–500 bar, with a maximum working pressure of 800 bar and a maximum safety pressure of 1000 bar. Available with brass or 304 stainless steel bodies, SPST-NO, SPST-NC, or SPDT contacts, and multiple thread and wiring options, this switch is suitable for pressure monitoring and switching control in hydraulic systems and industrial machinery.
Note: This plunger-type pressure switch detects preset pressure thresholds in high-pressure hydraulic circuits.
Hydraulic Pressure Switch User Manual
A hydraulic pressure switch detects pressure changes and activates or deactivates an electrical circuit when the pressure reaches its switching point. The signal can be used to control hydraulic equipment, trigger interlocks, or activate an alarm.
Select a switch based on the required switching pressure, whether the switch must respond to rising or falling pressure, the contact configuration, and the hydraulic connection. Also verify fluid compatibility, electrical load requirements, and the system's maximum operating pressure.
A normally open (NO) switch keeps the circuit open in its normal state and closes it when actuated. A normally closed (NC) switch keeps the circuit closed in its normal state and opens it when actuated. The appropriate type depends on the control logic required by the hydraulic system.
