The SUCH mechanical pressure switch activates or deactivates an electrical circuit when the monitored pressure reaches a preset switching point. It offers selectable pressure ranges of 30–100 bar, 50–150 bar, and 100–200 bar, with normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contacts. Available with a galvanized steel or stainless steel body, it has a maximum operating pressure of 450 bar and a maximum safety pressure of 600 bar. It is suitable for pressure monitoring, equipment control, and alarm systems in industrial and automotive applications.
Note: This mechanical pressure switch activates or deactivates electrical contacts when system pressure reaches a preset threshold.

Industrial Mechanical Pressure Switch User Manual
A mechanical pressure switch uses a pressure-responsive element and mechanical action to operate electrical contacts, while an electronic pressure switch uses an electronic sensing element and signal-processing circuitry. Mechanical models are often used for straightforward pressure-triggered control, whereas electronic models can offer digital settings, pressure displays, and additional signal outputs.
An industrial mechanical pressure switch may need replacement if it fails to switch at the expected pressure, produces inconsistent results, develops contact faults, or shows signs of diaphragm damage or leakage. Before replacement, check the wiring, pressure source, switching settings, and electrical load to rule out problems elsewhere in the system.
Yes. An industrial mechanical pressure switch can control pump operation by opening or closing an electrical circuit at a preset pressure. Compatibility depends on the switch's contact configuration, electrical rating, and switching logic, as well as the pump's starting current. A contactor may be required when the pump load exceeds the switch's rated capacity.
