    Overview

High-quality mini differential pressure sensor is a temperature-compensated silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor designed for measuring differential pressure of non-corrosive gases. It supports multiple pressure ranges from -1 kPa to 100 kPa and provides both analog voltage output (0.2–2.7 V or 0.5–4.5 V) and I2C digital output options. With fast response, reliable pressure measurement, and temperature compensation, SUCH compact differential pressure sensor is suitable for a wide range of applications, including consumer electronics, smart appliances, medical equipment, automotive systems, industrial automation, and weather monitoring.

    Feature

    • Temperature Compensation: Improves measurement stability under varying temperature conditions.
    • PCB Compatible Design: Enables seamless connection with standard PCB boards for easy integration and replacement.
    • Fast Response: Enables quick pressure detection and signal processing.
    • Non-Corrosive Gas Measurement: Designed for differential pressure measurement of non-corrosive gases.

    Air Connection Method

The Mini differential pressure sensor has two air connection tubes, namely tube A and tube B. As shown in the pinout diagram, the air connection tube closest to the Mark is tube A, and the other is tube B. A positive pressure value can be obtained by introducing air only through tube A, and a negative pressure value can be obtained by introducing air only through tube B. Connecting both tubes to the air connection tubes simultaneously will provide the differential pressure value across tubes A and B.

    FAQ

Differential pressure sensors are commonly used for measuring non-corrosive gases. The compatibility of the measured medium should be confirmed according to the sensor specifications.

A differential pressure sensor measures the difference between two pressure points, while an absolute pressure sensor measures pressure relative to a vacuum reference.

Selection should consider factors such as pressure range, output type, measured medium, operating environment, installation requirements, and system compatibility.
