    Overview

The SUCH 1-phase AC voltage transducer converts a single-phase AC voltage input into an isolated analog output signal for continuous voltage monitoring and control. It is designed to interface directly with PLCs, panel meters, and other monitoring or control equipment, making it easy to bring single-phase voltage measurements into an existing control system. Its compact DIN-rail or panel-mount design allows straightforward integration into control cabinets and switchgear. As a 1-phase ac voltage power transducer, it is commonly used for residential and commercial power monitoring, substation and distribution system supervision, and industrial electrical control.

Note: This voltage transducer measures single-phase AC voltage for monitoring and control of single-phase power systems.

    Feature

    • Flexible voltage measurement: Supports several single-phase AC input ranges (0-120V, 0-300V, 0-450V, 0-600V, customizable), so one transducer configuration can cover different site voltage requirements without changing the installation method.
    • Standardized signal conversion: Converts the measured AC voltage into commonly used analog outputs (0-10V, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-1mA, 0-10mA, 0-20mA, 4-20mA, RS485 optional), allowing straightforward wiring into PLCs, meters, controllers, and data acquisition systems.
    • Reliable measurement performance: Available in 0.2 or 0.5 accuracy classes with average or true RMS measurement, providing dependable voltage feedback for monitoring and control applications.
    • Fast signal response: A response time of ≤400ms allows the output to track changes in the measured voltage promptly, supporting continuous monitoring.
    • Electrical isolation: Input, output, auxiliary power, and housing are electrically isolated from one another, helping reduce interference and separate the measurement circuit from connected control equipment.
    • Flexible power configuration: Supports multiple auxiliary power options (12VDC/24VDC/110VAC/110VDC/220VAC/220VDC) as well as 2-wire loop power, fitting different control-panel and field installation setups.
    • Durable housing with high dielectric strength: The fire-resistant ABS housing withstands AC2kVrms for 1 minute and offers insulation resistance above 100MĪ©, supporting safe operation in an ambient temperature range of 0-50ā„ƒ.
    • Compact, low-drift installation: The 35mm DIN-rail or panel-mount design simplifies installation in control cabinets and switchboards, while output ripple of ≤0.5% RO peak keeps the analog signal stable for downstream equipment.

    Calibration Instructions

1-phase ac voltage power transducer calibration instructions

    PWR: Power indicator
    SPAN: Full-scale calibration potentiometer
    ZERO: Zero calibration potentiometer

Note: The calibration potentiometers are intended for instrument calibration only. Adjustment by unqualified personnel is prohibited.

    Calibration Procedure

    • Zero calibration: Set the input signal to zero, then adjust the ZERO potentiometer on the front panel until the output reaches the lower scale value, such as 0V or 4mA.
    • Full-scale calibration: Apply the rated input signal, then adjust the SPAN potentiometer until the output reaches the full-scale value, such as 10V or 20mA.
