    Overview

The SUCH dc voltage power transducer converts a dc voltage input into a proportional, isolated output signal for accurate voltage monitoring and control in industrial power systems. It is available with five input ranges — DC 0–50V, 0–150V, 0–300V, 0–400V, and 0–600V, with custom ranges available — and provides 0.2 or 0.5 class accuracy with a response time of ≤400ms. Output options include 0–1mA, 0–10mA, 0–20mA, 4–20mA, 0–5V, 1–5V, 0–10V, and RS485 for connection to PLCs, SCADA systems, panel meters, and data acquisition units. It is commonly used for dc bus voltage monitoring, battery and energy storage systems, solar/PV systems, EV charging stations, and industrial power distribution panels.

Note: This voltage transducer measures DC voltage for monitoring and control of DC power systems.

    Feature

    • 0–50V to 0–600V DC input ranges, with custom ranges available, span low-voltage battery circuits through 600V dc bus applications, avoiding the need to stock separate transducers per voltage class.
    • 0.2 or 0.5 class accuracy fits metering or calibration use at 0.2 class, or general monitoring at lower cost with 0.5 class.
    • Analog current and voltage outputs including 0–1mA, 0–10mA, 0–20mA, 4–20mA, 0–5V, 1–5V, and 0–10V support direct integration with common industrial control and monitoring equipment.
    • RS485 output enables digital communication with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other monitoring devices where applicable.
    • Input, output, and power supply isolation separates the measured voltage circuit from connected control equipment and helps reduce signal interference.
    • Response time of ≤400ms tracks voltage changes closely enough to feed closed-loop control or protection logic, rather than slow trend logging.
    • 1, 2, or 3 output channels allow one measured voltage signal to be transmitted to multiple receiving devices.
    • 35mm DIN rail or cabinet mounting simplifies installation in control cabinets, electrical panels, and other industrial enclosures.

    Calibration Instructions

Calibration instructions for dc voltage power transducer

    PWR — Power indicator light

    ZERO — Zero calibration potentiometer

SPAN — Full-scale (span) calibration potentiometer

Note: Calibration potentiometers are for professional instrument calibration only. Adjustment by unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited.

    Calibration Steps

    1. Zero Calibration

    • Input: Apply no input signal.
    • Action: Adjust the ZERO potentiometer on the front panel until the output signal reads zero (e.g., 0 mA or 4 mA).

    2. Span Calibration

    • Input: Apply the rated input signal.
    • Action: Adjust the SPAN potentiometer on the front panel until the output signal reaches the rated value (e.g., 20 mA).

    FAQ
    āÆ

A DC voltage power transducer converts a DC voltage signal into a proportional standard output (current or voltage) for measurement, monitoring, and control in electrical systems.

    āÆ

Input ranges vary by model, typically covering low, medium, and high DC voltage levels, with custom ranges available to match specific system requirements.

    āÆ

Calibration is performed using the ZERO and SPAN potentiometers on the front panel: ZERO sets the output to zero with no input signal, and SPAN sets the output to the rated value with the rated input signal applied.
