The SUCH dc voltage power transducer converts a dc voltage input into a proportional, isolated output signal for accurate voltage monitoring and control in industrial power systems. It is available with five input ranges ā DC 0ā50V, 0ā150V, 0ā300V, 0ā400V, and 0ā600V, with custom ranges available ā and provides 0.2 or 0.5 class accuracy with a response time of ā¤400ms. Output options include 0ā1mA, 0ā10mA, 0ā20mA, 4ā20mA, 0ā5V, 1ā5V, 0ā10V, and RS485 for connection to PLCs, SCADA systems, panel meters, and data acquisition units. It is commonly used for dc bus voltage monitoring, battery and energy storage systems, solar/PV systems, EV charging stations, and industrial power distribution panels.

Calibration Steps
1. Zero Calibration
- Input: Apply no input signal.
- Action: Adjust the ZERO potentiometer on the front panel until the output signal reads zero (e.g., 0 mA or 4 mA).
2. Span Calibration
- Input: Apply the rated input signal.
- Action: Adjust the SPAN potentiometer on the front panel until the output signal reaches the rated value (e.g., 20 mA).
