    Overview

The SUCH frequency transducer converts an AC power line frequency signal into a proportional voltage, current, or RS485 output for monitoring and control. It supports 40-60Hz, 45-55Hz, 55-65Hz, and 0-100Hz input ranges, with 0.2 or 0.5 accuracy and a response time of ≤400ms. It includes input, output, and power isolation, and accepts DC12V/24V, AC110V/220V, DC110V/220V, or 2-wire circuit power supply. The compact unit mounts on a 35mm DIN rail or panel for use in power distribution, generator sets, substations, and industrial automation systems.

Note: This frequency transducer measures AC power line frequency and converts it into a standard analog or RS485 output.

    Feature

    • Wide input coverage — Covers 40-60Hz, 45-55Hz, 55-65Hz, and 0-100Hz input ranges, with custom ranges available to match different AC frequency measurement needs.
    • Consistent readings — Measures at 0.2 or 0.5 accuracy class, keeping frequency readings consistent for monitoring and control systems.
    • Quick to track changes — Tracks frequency changes within ≤400ms, so the output keeps pace with fluctuations on the monitored power line.
    • Stable analog output — Keeps output ripple at ≤0.5% RO peak, giving connected equipment a stable signal to work from.
    • Flexible signal options — Available in 0-10V, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-1mA, 0-10mA, 0-20mA, or 4-20mA, plus RS485, to fit common PLC, meter, and monitoring interfaces.
    • Interference protection — Separates input, output, and power supply circuits from one another, cutting down electrical interference and ground-loop effects.
    • Durable housing — Built with an ABS fireproof housing rated for AC2kVrms/1min dielectric withstand voltage, and mounted on a 35mm standard DIN rail or panel.
    • Adaptable power options — Runs on DC12V/24V, AC110V/220V, DC110V/220V, or a 2-wire circuit power supply, and holds up under 0-50ā„ƒ / <80%RH working conditions.

    Calibration Instructions

Frequency transducer calibration instructions for accurate frequencyPWR: Power indicator
    SPAN: Full-scale calibration potentiometer
    ZERO: Zero calibration potentiometer

Note: The calibration potentiometers are intended for instrument calibration only. Adjustment by unqualified personnel is prohibited.

    Calibration Procedure

    • Zero calibration: Set the input signal to zero, then adjust the ZERO potentiometer on the front panel until the output reaches the lower scale value, such as 0V or 4mA.
    • Full-scale calibration: Apply the rated input signal, then adjust the SPAN potentiometer until the output reaches the full-scale value, such as 10V or 20mA.
