    Overview

SUCH Hall Effect Voltage Transducer measures AC and DC voltages from 1500V to 2000V and converts the input into a proportional current output signal, with full isolation between the primary circuit and the output side. It functions as both an ac voltage transducer and a dc voltage transducer, making it applicable in power grid monitoring, industrial drive systems, and solar energy installations where high-voltage measurement with electrical isolation is needed.

    Feature

    • AC and DC compatible — measures both AC and DC voltages up to 2000V without needing separate devices for each signal type.
    • High isolation voltage — primary and secondary circuits are isolated at 10kV RMS, designed for use in high-voltage measurement environments where strict separation between the line side and control side is required.
    • Fast response — response time ≤200μs, suitable for real-time voltage monitoring and closed-loop control systems.
    • Wide operating temperature — rated –25°C to +70°C, with storage down to –40°C.
    • Long service life — MTBF exceeds 50,000 hours, reducing maintenance frequency in continuous-operation systems.
    • Sealed housing — fire-retardant ABS enclosure with hermetic sealing for use in dusty or humid industrial environments.

    • The DD model (SUCH-WBV023YB08-DD) requires a single DC 24V power supply. The SS model (SUCH-WBV023YB08-SS) requires a dual power supply of DC ±12V or ±15V.
    • Load impedance must not exceed 150Ω. Exceeding this value will affect output accuracy.
    • For the DD model, input, output, and power supply are fully isolated. For the SS model, the output terminals provide power supply directly — no separate power connection to the output side is needed.
    • Ensure the primary circuit voltage stays within the rated measuring range. The working range extends up to 1.5× the measuring range — refer to the selected model's specification before use.
    • All connections should be made with power off. Verify power supply polarity before energizing, especially for the SS model with dual-supply wiring.

    FAQ

Yes. The AC/DC design supports both signal types within a single device, covering a measuring range of 1500V to 2000V.

It depends on the application. For primary circuits operating at 1500V–2000V, an isolation voltage of 10kV RMS between the primary and secondary circuits is standard for this class of product.

The output signal (AC/DC ±50mA) connects to the load via terminal blocks. Input, output, and power supply are fully isolated, so no additional isolation module is needed on the control side.
