Horizontal Float Switch, Flange Mounted, 220~380VAC

SUCH horizontally mounted float switch is made entirely of 304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance. It is suitable for working pressures of ≤1.6MPa and high-temperature environments of ≤150℃. The contact capacity is 220~380VAC 1A (resistive load). It is horizontally mounted and non-adjustable, with a control range of 0~10mm. It adopts a flange connection method, has a stable structure, and is sensitive in action. It is widely used in industrial equipment and automatic liquid level control systems.

Installation Diagram

1. The float switch adopts a non-standard raised-face flange for connection with the controlled equipment. During installation, users should configure the corresponding mating flange (Flange B) according to the dimensions of the raised-face flange as shown in the diagram.
2. Models UQK01 float switches are designed for horizontal installation, while Model UQK03 is designed for vertical installation, as shown in the figure below.
3. The operating range of the UQK03 type switch is infinitely adjustable, with an operating range of 1000 mm.
