The SUCH smart home presence sensor is a 5.8GHz microwave radar sensor designed for human presence and motion detection. Using Doppler-based sensing technology, it detects movement and stationary presence within a 2–10 m range and provides 360° ceiling-mounted coverage. Operating on 12–24V DC, it supports adjustable detection range, delay time, and photocontrol settings, with a weak-current dry-contact output for lighting systems and smart home controllers.

Operation

Lighting Control Process

• Daylight condition: The light remains off when ambient light is above the preset threshold.
• Presence detection: The sensor turns on the light when human presence is detected in low-light conditions.
• Continuous detection: The light stays on while a person remains within the detection range.
• Delay shutoff: The light turns off automatically after an adjustable delay time of 5 seconds to 5 minutes.
