    Overview

The SUCH 1-phase AC current transducer measures single-phase AC current and converts a 0–20A input into a proportional standard output signal, including voltage, current, or RS485. Input, output, and auxiliary power are fully isolated for stable and reliable measurement in electrically noisy control cabinets. With a response time of ≤400ms and 35mm DIN rail or base-screw mounting, it installs directly in control panels and connects to PLCs, DCS, panel meters, or SCADA systems. Typical applications include motor overload monitoring, branch circuit monitoring, and current detection in industrial and building power distribution systems.

Note: This current transducer measures single-phase AC current and converts it into a standard output signal.

    Feature

    • 0–1A / 5A / 10A / 20A selectable input range – Select the range according to the measured current without adding an external current transformer.
    • Multiple output options (0–10V, 0–5V, 1–5V, 0/4–20mA, 0–1mA, or RS485) – Provides direct signal compatibility with PLCs, DCS, panel meters, and SCADA systems.
    • 0.5% or 0.2% accuracy with average or true RMS measurement – True RMS models measure distorted or non-sinusoidal AC waveforms more accurately.
    • ≤400ms response time – Provides timely output when the measured current changes.
    • Input, output, and auxiliary power fully isolated – Improves measurement stability and protects connected control equipment from electrical interference and transients.
    • Multiple auxiliary power options (12VDC, 24VDC, 110/220VAC, 110/220VDC, or 2-wire loop power) – Compatible with different control panel power supplies.
    • 35mm DIN rail or base-screw mounting – Fits standard control panels for easy installation, wiring, and replacement.
    • ABS fire-resistant housing and 2kVrms/1min dielectric strength – Provides mechanical protection and electrical isolation for industrial control applications.

    Calibration Instructions

Calibration instructions of 1-phase ac current power transducer

    Control Functions:

    • PWR (Power Indicator): Indicates that the transducer is powered on.
    • ZERO (Zero Calibration Potentiometer): Adjusts the output zero point.
    • SPAN (Full-Scale Calibration Potentiometer): Adjusts the output full-scale value.

    ZERO — Zero Calibration

With the signal input at zero, adjust the ZERO potentiometer until the output reaches the specified low-scale value, such as 0 mA or 4 mA.

    SPAN — Full-Scale Calibration

Apply the rated input signal, then adjust the SPAN potentiometer until the output reaches the specified full-scale value, such as 20 mA.

Note: The calibration potentiometers are intended for instrument calibration only. Calibration should be performed by qualified personnel.

    FAQ
    āÆ

A 1-phase ac current power transducer measures single-phase AC current and converts it into a proportional voltage, current, or RS485 output signal for monitoring, protection, or control systems.

    āÆ

Standard input ranges include 0-1A, 0-5A, 0-10A, and 0-20A, selectable based on the actual load current, with customization available for other ranges.

    āÆ

The transducer is typically connected to the secondary output of a current transformer (CT), with the auxiliary power and output terminals wired according to the product wiring diagram. Mounting options may include 35mm DIN rail or base-screw mounting, depending on the model.
