    FAQ
    ❯

A: It utilizes a standard RS485 Modbus-RTU protocol and supports a flexible DC 10-30V supply voltage (DC 24V recommended). You simply connect the power lines and the A/B communication lines to your master controller. Once connected, the transmitter allows your PLC or SCADA to instantly read raw velocity, acceleration, and displacement data across all three axes synchronously without any complex signal conversions.

    ❯

A: Absolutely. It features an IP68 protection rating, making it fully waterproof and dustproof. It is also designed to operate reliably in extreme environments ranging from -40°C to +80°C. Additionally, it provides both thread mounting and a magnetic base option, allowing for flexible installation on outdoor wind turbines, pumps, or automated production lines regardless of the mounting constraints.

    ❯

A: Traditional single-axis 4-20mA sensors have critical blind spots in complex machines. They often fail to capture early defects that occur in specific directions. Our 3-axis sensor simultaneously monitors X, Y, and Z vibrations with an acceleration range of up to 16g and a super-wide frequency response of 10-5000Hz. This comprehensive full-spectrum data flow through Modbus-RTU allows your system to accurately pinpoint early bearing fatigue and gear wear, making it an essential tool for true predictive maintenance programs.

    ❯

A: Yes. RS485 uses differential signaling, which provides natural immunity to common-mode noise and ground loops in industrial environments. It ensures stable data transmission even when long cables run alongside high-voltage motors. Note: For severe VFD interference or total galvanic isolation, a separate signal isolator is still recommended.

3 axis rs485 vibration transmitter is a smart choice
Bought this after our old vibration unit started giving inconsistent readings. The 3 axis rs485 vibration transmitter was easy to replace and the communication setup was not complicated. I like having vibration data from three directions instead of a single value. The settings took a little time to understand, but it has been working nicely since installation.
