Overview

High-precision pH glass electrode can measure pH in high-temperature liquid environments of 0-100°C. Its measurement range is 0–14 pH with an accuracy of ±0.02 pH. SUCH pH electrode can be equipped with a built-in temperature sensor (optional: NTC 10K, Pt100 or Pt1000) and supports temperature compensation. It adopts a direct lead structure, which is easy to install and system integration, and is widely used in mining and smelting, paper, pulp, pulp, textiles, petrochemicals, semiconductor electronics industry and other fields.

Feature

  • High-sensitivity glass bulb with a five-layer membrane ensures fast response and accurate measurement.
  • Special high-strength glass housing offers excellent resistance to high temperature, pressure, and 30% improved impact resistance.
  • Enhanced reference system with added Ag⁺ prevents salt bridge blockage and extends electrode lifespan.
  • Available with PTFE or stainless-steel sheath for improved chemical resistance and easy installation.
  • High-quality low-noise cable enables stable signal transmission over long distances.

Installation Methods

  1. Side wall installation (*The pH electrode must be at an angle of 15 degrees to the liquid surface. Otherwise, it will affect the normal use of the pH electrode.)
  2. Flange mounted at the top
  3. Pipe installation
  4. Top installation
  5. Submersible installation
  6. Flow-through installation

Industrial ph electrode installation

Engineering Case

The pH sensor is used in the waste gas spray tower treatment process. It is installed on the alkali solution circulation device, controls online dosing by monitoring pH, measures the content of sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite in the absorbed waste liquid, sets alarm values, and controls the peristaltic pump to add materials to ensure that the waste gas spraying effect achieves the expected purpose.
