The stainless-steel float level switch is a vertical mounted level sensor made of high-quality stainless steel. SUCH float level sensor features excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, making it suitable for level detection and control of water, oil, and various industrial liquids. The vertical float switch can operate stably in environments ranging from -40℃ to +125℃, with a maximum pressure resistance of 0.7 MPa and a withstand voltage of 1000V/10S. The switch terminals have a tensile strength of 3.6kg, suitable for long-term level monitoring needs in various storage tanks and equipment.
When the float down to the D position, in the position between D=3±1mm, the reed switches will be closed. Float ball reverses the opposite action.
A float switch operates by using a float that moves up or down with the liquid level. A magnet inside the float triggers a reed switch, generating a switching signal to detect and control the liquid level.
Float switches are typically suitable for water, oil, and most non-corrosive liquids. For special or corrosive media, it is recommended to confirm material compatibility in advance to ensure safety and service life.
During installation, avoid strong vibration and external impact, ensure the float has enough space to move freely, and keep it away from strong magnetic fields to maintain accurate detection.
