Flange Mounted Stainless Steel Float Switch, 8-1000mm

Stainless steel float switch (flange type) is made of 304 stainless steel and is suitable for working pressures ≤1.6MPa and temperatures ≤150℃. It has good corrosion resistance and stability. SUCH float switch is vertically installed, with an infinitely adjustable control range of 8～1000mm. The float drives the internal contacts to operate according to the liquid level, achieving automatic liquid level control and alarm functions. The contact capacity is 220～380VAC 1A (resistive load), and the flange wiring structure ensures a secure installation. It is widely used in liquid level control applications such as storage tanks, water treatment, boilers, and chemical equipment.

Installation Diagram

1. The float switch adopts a non-standard raised-face flange for connection with the controlled equipment. During installation, users should configure the corresponding mating flange (Flange B) according to the dimensions of the raised-face flange as shown in the diagram.
2. The UQK01 float switches are designed for horizontal installation, while the UQK03 is designed for vertical installation, as shown in the figure below.
3. When installing the UQK03 float switch, because the float diameter is larger than the flange hole diameter, the container cover should be removable. (An improved version now includes a float switch that allows for lid removal).

The operating range of the UQK03 float switch is infinitely adjustable, with an operating range of 1000 mm. The operating range is adjusted by changing the relative positions of the upper and lower positioning screws on the float guide rod and the balance block on the lever.
